Dr Toa CHARM
Chief Public Mission Officer, Hong Kong Cyberport Management Company Limited
Dr Toa CHARM is the Chief Public Mission Officer (“CPMO”) the Hong Kong Cyberport Management Company Limited. He helps develop the company's strategic direction and drives Cyberport's public mission-related programs with the goal of inspiring the next generation, nurturing entrepreneurial spirit and helping local start-ups go global. Before Dr Charm joined Cyberport, he held senior management and consulting positions from leading multinational and Chinese companies in Asia Pacific in the past 25 years including IBM, Oracle, HSBC and Kingdee. Dr Charm specializes in big data, fintech, digital strategy, business models innovation, growth and internationalization for emerging companies. He often shares his experience with corporate leaders, digital entrepreneurs and students. Dr Charm holds a Doctor of Business Administration degree, a Master’s degree in Business Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science. He also completed management programs from Harvard, UC-Berkeley and CEIBS. Dr Charm is a TDWI Certified BI Professional and has completed a Big Data Certification Program from MIT.

Juwan Lee is an entrepreneur, venture capitalist, fintech influencer and investment professional with three decades of financial services and investment industry experience, managing portfolios and organizations on behalf of multi-billion dollar hedge funds, proprietary trading desks, asset management and venture capital firms.
He is the Founder and CEO of NexChange, a social network for the global financial services industry. He is also the CEO of Arrakis Ventures, a venture capital firm focused on early stage technology startups. Formerly, the CIO of Shanghai's largest asset management firm. Spent numerous years at JP Morgan in a variety of roles from principal investments to heading equity within asset management division. Early pioneer in managing technology portfolios on behalf of hedge funds like SAC Capital, Continuity Capital and Osprey Capital and asset managers like Rothschilds and Montgomery. He funded many star companies in the Silicon Valley, Taiwan's Hsinchu Science Park, Korea and Israel. He was an early investor in Netscape and Yahoo. He has an Engineering degree from the University of California Berkeley.

Founder and CEO, Bambu
Ned Phillips is the founder and CEO of Bambu, a B2B Robo-Advisory firm that offers financial and consumer brands the ability to integrate user-friendly investment offering into product range. He has been based in Asia for the past 25 years and his involvement in Fintech started since 1999 with E*TRADE as one of the very first online brokers; and soared to become Managing Director for Asia up until 2007. In 2008, Ned was then part of the transformation of the stock exchange where he helped build two pan Asian exchange, one of which was in conjunction with SGX and Chi-X. Ned has always been active in this recent wave of FinTech development and even experienced the first dot com boom with one of the original Fintech companies. Sharing his passion, Ned was appointed consultant to 8 Securities as they launched the first Robo advisor in Asia.
Andrew Economos is a thirty-year veteran money manager having managed funds in traditional, hedge fund, private equity and principal trading spaces. From 2007-2014, Andrew was a Managing Director at JP Morgan working as Head of Principal Trading, Solutions, and Sovereign & Institutional Strategy. From 2014-2016, Andrew was Head of Strategic Solutions for Capital International. Leading up to his post at JP Morgan, from 1986-1994, Andrew was a Senior PM and Partner at Scudder, Stevens & Clark, Inc managing closed-end and open-end mutual funds. From 1994-1997, Andrew managed a long/short equity hedge fund for E/T Partners. From 1997-2006, Andrew was Founder and PM of Axion Capital an alternative investment group that managed hedge funds, long-only and private equity funds for global institutional investors. Prior to joining Wall Street, Andrew was a PhD candidate in International Business at the Pennsylvania State University. Andrew has been featured in numerous financial media channels including CNBC, Bloomberg, Reuters, FT and WSJ.

Charles d'Haussy was appointed as Head of FinTech at Invest Hong Kong in September 2016. His team is responsible for helping overseas and Mainland Fintech companies to establish or expand their business presence in Hong Kong. Mr d'Haussy leads campaigns to promote Hong Kong as premier Fintech Hub and attract best and brightest companies in the industry. He has 13 years experience in Hong Kong private sector, having setup his company and hold a number of management roles. Before joining InvestHK, Charles was head of sales and Business development with a leading online broker and digital wealth platform. Mr d'Haussy holds SFC licenses 1 & 4, studied in France at Rennes International Business, as well as Sun Yat Sen University in Guangzhou, China.
Founder and CEO, YBEX
Andrew Lee is the Founder and CEO of YBEX, a FX marketplace platform where retail and SME clients are matched with money service operators for their remittance and money exchange needs. His vision is to use technology to revolutionize the FX services industry by both optimizing the experience of users and streamlining the operation of the service providers. Prior to starting YBEX, Andrew spent his entire career in finance and technology in different global financial centers. Most recently, he was a FX trader at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in Hong Kong driving the electronic trading of Asian currencies. Before that, he worked as macro analyst and head of technology solutions at billion-dollar hedge funds in Singapore and Hong Kong. Andrew started his career as a software developer for KPMG in New York after obtaining his computer engineering degree at the University of British Columbia.
