We seek a reliable office assistant intern for part-time work.
YOU’LL BE IN CHARGE OF:
The main tasks you will initially be in charge of include:
You will tend to basic inquiries in the Korean language and translating between Korean and English. Basic management of online databases and schedules of meetings. Basic communications via email and phone in English and Korean.
Apart from that, you will spend time working with Google docs and other cloud based file systems to organize and sort data, as well as work related matters using Microsoft Office, including spreadsheets, powerpoint files, etc...
Coordinate meetings with various internal and external stakeholders and manage the associated schedule;
Light market research related to HR, events, etc.
Human resources coordination for clients;
Corresponding with relevant project related stakeholders in English and Korean;
Support with managing relevant events & meetups;
Translation work from Korean to English and vice versa;
Back up for general manager to take care of visitors;
Scanning, printing and related tasks;
Utilizing any other skills you have to the fullest of your abilities as needed;
Documentation and recording for projects (photo’s, videos, reportage etc.);
Booking of resources & equipment in Korean and English;
Coordinate catering for upcoming events;
Be able to think for yourself and take suitable action without direction;
*All listed task should be carried out in both Korean and English in order to ensure a constant running of operations.
WORKING HOURS & STARTING DATE
Two-times per week, half to full days (Tuesdays, Thursdays and or Fridays), with option to increase as or if needed
Starting Date: Immediately
Gwanghwamun (and other as needed)
Official Certificate of Internship (if required);
Reference letter with job responsibilities for value adding candidates;
Real responsibilities (Not just printing stuff!);
Internship periods are 1-3 month trial and potential to become part-time/full-time;
Part-time remuneration (negotiable)
